Hi Jonathan, Quick question re:Canvas Strategy: Pre doing the pre-work, do you intentionally set out to identify a specific person's needs and think about what you can provide, or is it more intuition-led, having an idea and then its just about having the conviction to deliver it and seeing if they want it?
