Hey, hey, hey and ho, ho, ho fellow hustler - I've really been enjoying whatever this is. The short form and the practical advice is A+.

I'd love to read more about your experience with creating your own luck by connecting to people who are "one step ahead of you", etc.

Also, if you wanted to write about grit and determination,... I remember a particular day in Austin, TX where you met a guy who had a bladder of steel that held in >44 ounces of iced tea for 3+ hours without breaking. Just in case that was particularly inspirational to you...

I love this. The candor is welcome. I'd like to hear about how you get employees to buy in to this alternative way of thinking. Or, how you find staff that just thinks this way.

Definitely more jacked lions, they are the biz 🦁

But... loving the newsletter and having followed you and your company for years, a window into how you grapple with just moving forward and doing. I found you on YouTube and that got me to run a fantastic Design Sprint by watching the exercise videos literally the hours before running them. So, I would love to know more about that process, like a lot of the comments above, of figuring our through doing instead of planning and then just charging ahead when you know you are onto something. Hope that makes sense, if not, just keep writing please 🤪

I dig whatever this is and think it will keep evolving into something better and better! :)

I'd like to see what the first 4-6 months of starting a freelance design focused facilitation/workshop business looks like in a roadmap view with examples of what tools and resources to use in each phase to create the core assets needed. And an article walking us through that journey and key activities with what you recommend based in your lessons learned

Happy to share a few visual examples of what I'm picturing could be helpful! :) this is something Ashley Ross & I've been dabbling with in our free time

Perhaps a few workshopper community members would volunteer to draft up the first "strawman" prototype of what it could be and then you could put your finishing touches on it and a few of us could test/pilot it and see what breaks, shakes out and stands out as the biggest shining stars 🌟

Maybe a bit on being comfortable being in the virtual public eye. I’m not a social media person at all but do appreciate the limitations on starting and growing a business because I am not on SM... Some insight into your ZFG attitude would be great.

Anything that relates to 1) problem solving, 2) goal setting (know if winning or losing) , 3) facilitation, 4) project management 101 and 5) Basic Statistics 101. These are skills, I believe, most newly assigned supervisors lack in federal government positions. Chuck Yager

1. How about a bit into how AJS decided that making the Facilitator play was the moonshot you wanted to take (and by "a bit" I mean a multiple-post, in-depth dive).

2. Follow-up: Connect that to your play on Workshopper.com - it seems like Workshopper Master is a big swing and commitment to being #1 in the Workshopper space, but then you're committing some deep dive to Facilitation stuff. Please connect the dots and get SUPES detailed.

3. You seem driven to take on new challenges (ex.: 1-12 rule gets replaced by 10-12) - why does that drive you?

4. Take us deep into the world of resources, courses, cohorts, etc. for CEOs like you - I'm very interested in this for what I'm currently building.

5. What got you into this is not what's driving you to take your next steps - walk us through that progression?

6. How has marriage and fatherhood connected to your drive for work?

7. Why is Berlin an awesome place? We wouldn't hate hearing it.

Thanks for the fun posts. See you on the other side.

uh yeah, a wishlist. i am interested in business ideas that leverage open ai api.

and all about your key topic: Most Money + Least Effort = Great Business. also brainstorm about "non digital" businesses (späti, foodtruck, etc.). and how and where you find datapoints that validate your idea before you invest too much time and money.

I would be interested that you share from your selling calls experience like:

- myths of selling

- antipatterns of selling- which situations you encountered, how not to deal with them and what did you do different

But also tips related to your take aways from books, podcasts, how do you actually keep your business clients relationships, what do you recommend doing and what not.

Thank you Jonathan🌈
