Loved this first episode! I rarely listen to anything at x1 speed, but this was an exception. It was like having a coffee with a friend who doesn’t ask you any questions, but that’s alright because he is super fun to listen to. 😅 I really like the fact that there’s no editing. Wouldn’t mind if you talked more about money 😁

Questions:

• How do you recognise a business (decision) that will generate 1 or 10 millions?

• How many projects fail before one works?

• % you invest back into your business?

Looking forward to the next episode!

I agree that money is a useful tool to measure success but not a final one. I do think that having money makes it easier to become happier or at least to have to go through life with much less worry. I do want to hear what other behaviors you need to put in place to get those 8 figures? You're talking about making different decisions? Where are your challenges, what decisions are you talking about? What comfort zone do you have to leave for that? Thx, looking forward to your answers. Peter

Here is my questions in an random order... Feel free to pick the ones that interests you the most. ;-)

If you were to go back at the beginning of you career, and tell yourself one thing, what would it be?

Do you have any regrets regarding running your business so far? If so, could you share with us?

As a CEO, what mistake have you learned the most from?

As a CEO, what are you the most afraid of?

What have you read, seen or listened to that has shaped your life as a CEO?

What are you doing right now that your future self will thank you for (from a CEO point of view)?

What’s the best and worst piece of advice you‘ve ever been given regarding running your business?

What does your perfect day look like as a CEO?

Great episode, Jonathan! I'm a fan of "live and unpolished". Also really appreciate when you provide the "why" you're taking certain approaches and making certain decisions - it gives insights in your operating systems and principles - very applicable and tangible stuff. Looking forward to the next one.

Washing the dishes while listening to this was a blast. And I knew you were also gonna get into Alex Hormozi's content this year. Such an awesome dude...

Love the podcast Jonathan! I like the way you do it in a 'loose' way (meaning: not to strict, no editing etc.). And the humor! Keep on creating these podcasts please...!

That was fun!

Here is a question for the next one:

What are some business opportunities that you see right now but don't have an intention to pursue?

Great listen, thanks for starting again, I used to love the PBC and then the J&J show with all its unfiltered content, always worked for me. Like having a good chat over whiskey with mates!

I am looking forward to at least another 5 weeks while you experiment and hopefully the traction can keep it going as the content is valuable:)

I love the name as well, I love routine in my own endeavours but being scheduled on someone’s else clock drives me nuts. Would be great to hear how you worked your way into that position.

Keep ‘‘em coming!

Hi Jonathan. I loved your previous podcast so much, I hope this one will be as fun.

I have a question.

What if you were forced to start over. New field. Zero followers. No desire to use social media. Most people in your new field are introverts working from home and not into the 'meet & greet' scene but they are really into DIY kits.

How would you make your first million? Would you make a physical or a digital product?

How would you build your audience without social media TODAY (or might you go back to using it).

Thanks!

Victoria
